The procedure is saying VREF + 25 kt ; FCOM says VREF = VLS in CONF FULL. So that means selecting CONF FULL, setting the VAPP by adding 25 kt to the VLS, then Changing to CONF 3. What's your take on that ?

any speed increment is based on flaps full, then you select flaps 3 on mcdu, i do it all the time, this way the mcdu speed will match the EFB performance calculations, safe flights

correct!Thats why the pitch angle is 5 degrees on short final, usually 8 to 9 degrees with G+Y fault

VREF in CONF FULL is 1.23 × VS of CONF FULL. VAPP is corrected for any failure/s and/or wind.

Vapp typically includes a margin above Vref to provide extra safety in variable conditions.

@@waypointsaviation FCOM/ PERFORMANCE (EFB)/ LANDING/ LANDING SPEEDS AND DISTANCE DEFINITIONS/ LANDING SPEEDS -VREF is equal to the VLS of CONF FULL. VREF is used to determine the Final Approach Speed (VAAP) when a system failure affects the landing performance. VAPP is the speed of the aircraft when crossing the runway threshold. The flaps/slats are in the landing configuration, and the landing gears are extended.
