No, it doesn’t. “5” is a radio altimeter callout for GPWS, It’s normal on some landings. When the aircraft announces “5” it doesn’t mean it’s smooth, the way to tell it is smooth is how fast it said, if it is said fast, then your decent rate is high, therefore less time to flare, equaling a harder landing, same thing goes with a smooth landing, if it is said slow, rate of decent is slower, therefore you have a sufficient rate of decent to preform a proper flare, equaling to a softer landing.
