I see the hellenic imperial 747 has moved parking position... is it sitting on grass? Is it within the airport grounds? I can only guess that they moved it because they plan on building the new VIP terminal in its old parking position as part of the large expansion beginning construction early next year.

It is within the airport & on grass. The reason is exactly as you mentioned!!
