Use Atmosphere Autopilot, It contains Fly by Wire System. which give you ability to fly well with far. check more detail on it's forum :)

There's dependency: ModuleManager KSPCommunityFixes If installed correctly, you can find Procedural variations in the Fuel Tanks tab. + If you could provide more details about the issue, I'd be able to assist you further more :)

Um I have procedural batteries and some other stuff but I don't have the liquid fuel tanks that are shown, I have the dependencies but still isn't adding those parts

@@Red17201O Hmm It's very complicated, You can try : - Search 'Procedural' at search bar (at VAB/SPH) - Re-install including dependencies - Remove conflit mods (Not sure but it should be related with part adding or configuration mod)
