I had such a nightmare trying to find a place to put the airdog on my second gen...Being a plow truck and in Canada I had to make a stainless steel box to mount my pump assy in...The road salt and general moisture on the East coast would kill this pump in no time...fingers crossed this will help...The plastic mounting setup is just not up to par in my opinion...Love your content..

Do you think that 1/2" hose that came your will work with regular push lock fittings? The PO did a DIY fuel system, and the only fuel tank is in the bed of the truck. I did not realize until the airdog came in that I can not use the J2044 quick connects for the return stuff. My idea is to get several T'd push lock fittings so i can use the hose that is currently on the truck.

You could try it but I would definitely keep a eye out for leaks.

No I had an upgraded Borgeson box and I sent that to him for a rebuild

Ohh man airdog. They fail about every 2 1/2 years for the last decade! I tried a fleece lift pump. Will see if it does any better. I know fass is as bad as airdog.

Hey man, great video. I do have a question.. I bought a 2000 5.9 Cummins that has an Airdog system on it and the factory lift pump is unplugged does that need to be plugged in or does the Airdog bypass it? I'm asking because it seem to have a miss at idle and doesn't run the best. I code p0230 (fuel pump primary control) any help is appreciated. Thank you!

If I was you I would get rid of the factory lift pump and go from the airdog right into the vp44.

You can get rid of the the factory filter housing also
