Even though you said that you were still a learning modeller, I think that your kits and paint jobs are really nice. As a modeller in learning as well, I take a lot of inspiration from your videos and plan on using your soapy technique. Can't wait for more uploads from you!

When I first saw the title I read it as T-34-76, I was confused as the tank was a T-34-85
@Modkits1313 жыл бұрын
I could see why. Now that I read it😂

The Airfix kit includes 2 turrets. One is a model T34 76/43 turret. The other is a T34 85/44 turret.. Bill
@joramamodellbau39873 жыл бұрын
For the fact that the Airfix kits are not one of the very well detailed kits, you have managed to turn this simpler kit into a great model. Very good paintwork and weathering. Greetings, Joachim

I tried my first Vallejo model color, they feel and look beautiful! Better than enamel paints which is ironic since enamel paints have much longer drying time.
@Modkits1313 жыл бұрын
That’s great to hear! Im glad your enjoying Vallejo paints as much as I am😁

You made the best of that large gap! Should I prime my kits with brush or spray when brush painting?
@Modkits1313 жыл бұрын
It’s entirely up to you, if you see my T-62 video I brush paint on a “AK Black Primer” which is for both airbrush and brush painting. Spray Can primer is faster if you want to speed up the process. :)

I built this with the larger turret, and put the smaller turret on a Hot Wheels Big Bertha tank, which always came with a badly deformed gun barrel anyways. Your build looks way cool with weathering! Super detail! Super cool!

You did a great job of making an old kit look good. I like the mud effects and the overall weathering. Thanks for sharing this.

I bought this kit, and honestly it's very good but I wish the tank wheels could move, but hey its more for diorama purposes.
@Modkits1312 жыл бұрын
That would be nice if most kits gave us that option for movable suspension and tracks. Unfortunately it’s to be expected that the majority of these old kits won’t have it available.

@@Modkits131 quick question though, how do you get such crisp colour fade/modulation on your models? Ive watched your tutorial video about 5 times and i still just cant get it right...
@Modkits1313 жыл бұрын
Thin layer after thin layer, or use the overbrushing technique that I’ve used on my T-55.
