Mazda 13B Rotary Engine Powered Jet Ski Project New Zealand - 2006

AUCKLAND NEW ZEALAND May 2006.An interesting project was to repower a jet ski with a Mazda 13B rotary Engine. Further tuning and propeller changes would have to been made for true high speed!

Hello, hopefully you see this comment. I am wondering about how you guys managed to connect the drive shaft from the impeller to the end of the motor? did you guys have to fabricate a coupler specific to the motor? and is there anyone I can reach out to to find out more about this machine? thank you

Was it running rich??

Engine was set up on laptop and running as per specs. Problem with propeller pitch would not allow any great speed to be obtained.
