Airfryer Corn on the Cob | Sweetcorn Harvest

Hello Kerry, You have a great harvest with beautiful corn cobs there. I prepared a few corn cobs in the air fryer. Place a slab of butter on your aluminum foil and press your corn onto it. Pour sweet syrup over it with some caster sugar. Place another slab of butter on top of the cob. Fold the aluminum foil closed. Place in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Let it sit for a while to cool down a bit. Enjoy it.

You have done really well Kerry with your sweetcorn, they are a nice size. Maybe they could have been bigger had we had a better start to the year, but I think they look really good . An odd small one you can expect., but you can always have two if you feel they are to small. The end result looked very nice.

Evening Kerry, not jealous at all of those corns, as I've told you before this is one of our favourites to make in the air fryer. Ohhh I've never done ours like that before, I usually just rub lightly with oil and some salt and cook as is. You get the charred effect like they have been done on the bbq. I do the same, no foil and straight in the basket, corn coated with oil or butter with hardly any salt but a sprinkling of sugar. Works every time! 🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🤤

What a great harvest Kerry! My daughter has gone on the waiting list for an allotment so we'll be growing sweetcorn for definite. I don't wrap mine in foil though, just throw them in the ninja, airfry on 200 for around 8 minutes and they come out lovely. Then goes on the nice big blob of butter and salt..mmmmm. I love sweetcorn done in the ninja ❤x

Hi Kerry, I so love that you do things like start the wrong drawer, that is so me! I haven't got an allotment but might grow some sweetcorn in the flower border next year, give it a bit more interest and some height at the back of the border. Love your videos but missing my daily dose of Plot 26+1. Would love some more Cosori pressure cooker recipes too, I bought one and it decorates the kitchen so well but haven't a clue what to do with it. Take care till next time.

Hi! I cook my corn in the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker with the Steam Button. I put a cup of water in the bottom and place the corn on the rack which came with the pressure cooker. Use the natural release of steam. I don't have an air fryer yet but I think putting the corn in the air fryer after it's pressure cooked would be ideal. Dee from across the pond in USA
