Shooting cheap pellets with my overly powerful Aarmr 350 causes a loud bang by the piston violently hitting, will it slowly destroy my rifle if this continues and should i shoot it with heavier pellets

You can put a drop of gun oil before you load a pellet for sound and smoke or shoot sound corks too. I don't suggest shooting cheap pellets on a good rifle at all. Btw none of the pellets shown in the video are 'cheap' .

@@ShreeshTripathi there should be a warning sign on high velocity rifle like Aarmr and Diana, shooting ultra light cheap pellets Rs.70 sounds lot louder than shooting it with Exact 16 gram pellets but those are expensive Rs.9 per pellets not worthy for practice

I can't say as I never tried the Indian made pellets on my imported rifles . Most basic pellet that I shoot for practice are the RWS Diablo Basic and H&N Excite Econ.

It's a special shooters glove. Shooters wear only on the non trigger hand (may wear the other with trigger / index finger exposed) that's to add to the grip. Mine is a custom fit for my hand Manufactured specially for me by Capapie Sport Equipments. I have a condition called palmar hyperhydrosis due to which my hands sweat a bit so it helps me with grip. But professional shooters without such condition also wear.

@Indian Air Rifles & Guns I suppose it won't damage as without pressing it and closing the slide the gun can't be fired. By default it will lever lock and engage automatic safety. The same system is on my Diana RWS 48 Side Lever which I'm having since last 25 years no issues.
