Generally we recommend a regulator outlet pressure of about 100bar for 12ft / 16J

Much better to file groove in cylinder threads with small notch on tank. Learned this the hard way on my 2 AT44s but gave much better performance vs gap technique.

The threads on the airtube plug are loose enough to pass through a small leak. The gap also works on the CZ 200 airtube, where the thread is much finer and more accurate. Groove is of course also a possible solution, but most users do not have this option.

no, the regulator generally does not increase the muzzle velocity, but improves the consistency of the muzzle velocity, which is especially evident when shooting at longer distances.

The gap is used for the supply of atmospheric air. At this point, the seal takes over the o-ring on the regulator

i'm very new to this and not sure if i understand all of regulator stuff, gotta ask what I got from the video, is if i do want to know if my rifle is installed with regulator or not. I can notice the different via "pressure gauge" on handpump/electric pump vs pressure gauge on rifle cylinder correct? since i can only know if the rifle been filled by check the gauge on the pump. but not one on the rifle (since it only regulated).

I'm not entirely sure what exactly you're asking. Therefore, I will answer more generally. If a regulator is installed in the rifle, the manometer on the rifle will show a constant pressure (other than on the manometer of the pump or bottle). How would I know what pressure to set to? I am guessing I would have to find the most accurate pellet and the pressure sweet spot for it and set the reg to that?

Basic output pressure is recommended according to the actual power. more accurate determination can be made at the base of the sent measurement via a chronometer with continuous recording of airtube pressure.

this cannot be unfortunately answered because it depends on much more variables such as actual power, caliber and rifle tuning.
