My new brocock bantam sniper was erratic just like that , and that was with the Huma regulator in ... Took it back too the shop ( too be honest , unless you have a Chrono too test your equipment you wouldn't know the difference down range , well up too 30 yrs as was ) turns out it was a " sticking hammer spring " ( or something like that ) it's ok now I think , just gorra test it extensively ) love your shows , real down too earth ( and for want of a better phrase ) a working blokes channel ...

if your using a regulator, then the big o ring has to come off so the cylinder can breath

I put a huma regulator in a coyote took me 4 weeks to get right now its perfect its in 177 I get 10.9to 11 lb with 8.64g field target trophy and 11.2 to 11.4 in jsb heavys but the field target trophy are so accurate at long distances I was surprised but my coyote also loves jsb heavys and hades and accupells but the accupells are only on 10.6 to 10 .7 lbs but also very accurate

That going to make it worse put the washer be tween spring and end cap other wise tke valve shaft to short when hammer hits it . that wode be the way i go no massing with hammer spring ajusting .

hatsan air cylinder has bad quality.try to put a regulator in it and several months you will notice a swell near the portion where regulator is placed.i got an at44 tank and its no good.
