EXCELLENT! You explained it so easy and to the point! Thank you for making it easy and simple for me ! I already adjusted my Hatsan Flash QE .177 Rifle and now I reduced the Trigger Pull Weight down to a little over one pound : from 3.25 lbs to 2.12 lbs. That is perfect for Target Shooting ! Thanks Cameron, After the adjustment I was expecting a test with tannerite. We must take off one point for that slip up, we will be monitoring further videos but seriously... that was easy, informative and better than reading the manual.

I have a 10 year old Walther talon magnum 22 that when I adjusted the factory pull screw all the way down it still broke at over 6 lbs...closer to 7lbs. I replaced the factory screws with a 1/4” longer screws this morning along with a a lighter rerun spring from a pall point pen. After a 1/2 hour of messing around it now breaks like glass at a crisp 20oz. Makes sure to wiggle your trigger from side to side to make sure it’s safe and won’t fire. I still had more room for adjustment but 20 oz imo is light enough. I hope these triggers have been improved over the last decade as my daisy bb felt like competition trigger co paired to my $300 talon. If my trigger would have adjusted down to 2lbs on my nitro piston talon I wouldn’t have had to “Smith” it.

What about the Hatsan AirTac? I only see one screw behind the trigger, then a single really small hole on the trigger itself that is neither allen wrench or phillips head. Is this trigger even adjustable?

For my mod 125 plain Jane I prefer a long first stage, the wall is good and tactile with a break that allows me to choke up on the wall firmly but, still breaks light enough to give me predictable trigger etiquette. All in all once the trigger is personalized and, you figure out her hold sensitivities she'll drop pellets through the same hole all day with good authority.

My magazine jammed so to try and remove the magazine I removed the side plate. Having re-assembled it I find that the gun after cocking fires when the safety is pushed in. Nothing is anywhere near the trigger. The gun is only a few weeks old & nothing else has been touched. Since this time having received no reply from Hatsan, I removed the whole stock assembly. Om doing this I found no problem with the working mechanism. Without the stock attached the gun works safely with no satiety issues. When the stock the issue returns. Please advise om how to fix this problem.

Thanks for the info! In my experience it was totally unusable out of the box, cant cock, trigger does not move. I am now on day 9 of trying to get this to work. Bottom line, if you are looking at buying something with this trigger, do research first!

I watched several videos of Hatsan Quattro trigger pull adjustments but the screws that were on my Hatsan 125 nitro were cap screws that would not allow fine tune adjustments making the Quattro trigger adjustment horrible at best. I even called Hatsan service in the US and was told the Quattro trigger pull weight on the 125 @ 4# was about all I would get. The trigger pull weight really effected accuracy because it would tend to pull the rifle off target. I read reviews where many Hatsan springers owners had replaced the Quattro trigger cap screws with set screws but not wanting to go that route I just returned it. Will Hatsan ever improve the adjustability of the springer Quattro triggers coming into the US? Thanks.

Purchased a mod 125 in .22. Trigger is so bad I haven’t even put a pull weigh gauge on it. I’ve adjusted it and it might be at 5-6 lbs now. Coming from a center fire rifle background where I’m accustom to 1.5 to 2.5 lb triggers I’m very disappointed. I have pistols that have much better triggers than this. Again, maybe I’m being unfair as it is a high power springer and maybe I can only expect so much of a $200 break barrel. It’s a shame because I’m pretty sure the trigger is effecting the accuracy potential of this rifle. One thing I can say is the trigger demands discipline if you want any kind of grouping. That said, I like the rifle. So don’t let my “spoiled ass rant” discourage you if you were looking at the mod 125 break barrel. It’s a beast. Sends 14.3 grn pellets at about 955 FPS at the muzzle. Groups 3-5” at 100 yds using Crossman premier HPs. Looking at the pcp world now.
