To give context on World of Darkness lore: - The Arcanum is a society of scholars who specialize in studying the supernatural. Many of them are hunters and sorcerers (not the same thing as a mage). They straight up study things that go bump in the night. - The Second Inquisition is a recent (As of the 5th edition of the game) hunter movement prompted by leaked documents from a vampire computer network. Literally an effort from multiple government bodies to purge the world of all things vampire. - Being a ghoul makes you a little vampiric. Also the vampire blood literally stays in the ghouls blood, and reacts poorly with sunlight in general. While ghouls can go out in the sun, certain magics and sorceries which mimic on sunlight can reasonably detect the presence of vampire blood in a sample.

So fun fact, the blood test thing is vaguely reminiscent of a test used to find out who's been replaced by a shapeshifting monster in the stories that inspired Among Us. The Thing AKA The Thing From Another World, which themselves are derived from a short story titled, "Who Goes There." The Thing also likely inspired the solver beast in episode 2 of Murder Drones. If you want more details and nightmares, there's a comic reviewer who did a retrospective on comics about the Thing for Halloweens past.

- Vampire blood in ghoul vein: actually it stay hole in their body. Just like a vampire need human blood to remain undead instead of very dead, ghoul consume vampire blood to retain the advantages of being a blood servant (stop aging, enhanced resistance, some basic discipline etc etc etc). In meta term, vampires consume 1 blood point a day to rise from slumber every evening. A single average healthy human can provide 10 blood points if sucked dry, will need urgent hospital service (transfusion) for 5 point or more are taken from him, suffer anemia between 3 to 4 and might feel weaken or drowsy from 1 or 2. To be a sustanainable system, the ghoul consume the vampire vitae in his system far slower so they dont need daily feeding (cant remember... something like a blood point per week/month but can only keep 2-3 point in his own body).

Vitae stays in place for one month in a ghoul, and only a very potent vampire could give more than 1 point of Vitae to their ghoul. It'd need to be the Regent (or Prince), since you have to be 8th Generation or higher.

My line of though is more along the line of: "The ghoul know he or she will display symptom at some point in the future, he/she just need a bit of time to find an escape window and a flashy distraction for him/her to put its plan into motion". Then Spit come along and show mental and social weakness... there are many disciplines that could be use to make his state of mind worst. As to what happen at the end of the episode... well it could still be both the ghoul who provoked such result on an instable Spit OR the voice in Spit head's could indeed be something darker that decided to come to a climax at that moment. Hell, could be both: the ghoul prod a bit too far the poor Spit, climax happen and... not spoiling it but it could just be the ghoul plotting waaaaaaay overachieve its goal here.

With the outright mention of the Second Inquisition by D was interesting. In the revised edition(What White Wolf Publishing called their third edition) of the World of Darkness core books gave brief mentions of the Second Inquisition but most of the denizens of the WoD treated it as a rumor or a story to keep the young in line. In the various source books for the different playable factions and sub-factions, there were lore blurbs and fluff where there were safe houses and strongholds, mostly for the vampires, that were attacked. In 4th edition the Second Inquisition was revealed. The Second Inquisition was a combination of Catholic inquisitors, religious fanatics(mostly evangelical protestants) and intelligence agencies from multiple countries working together. In 5th edition the Second Inquisition is in full-on open warfare with (mostly)the vampires. The Camarilla has gone to ground, fighting the members of the Second Inquisition from the shadows, the Sabbat and Anarchs have chosen to fight them in the streets, the independent clans are either playing some sort of shadowy political games or have disappeared into their secret lairs. The hunters are split, many are working with the Second Inquisition, many refuse to work with any sort of government agencies or religious sects. The Technocratic Union and several mage chapters work with the Second Inquisition, while many don't seeing the Second Inquisition as glorified witch hunters. Currently the were-creatures are mostly unaffected by the actions of the Second Inquisition...mostly, because they inhabit rural and wilderness areas, though the urban tribes have seen some trouble. Take all of this with a grain of salt as my knowledge of the World of Darkness is mostly limited to first through revised editions, and what I know of fourth and fifth editions mostly comes from the World of Darkness wiki and what online lore dumps(primarily reddit articles). So...yeah.

When it comes to ghouls (From how i understood it ) when seed ghoul consumes vampire blood it mixes into there human blood resulting in the high - feeling of increased power as well giving the ghoul a portion of the vampires power. So if you tested a ghouls blood and you know what you are looking for you would detect traces of vampire blood.

So theories? . . . Spit is a Lycan and is just finding out first hand. Fatigue was the ghoul (due to his advanced age and just wanted to live a little bit longer) but messed with Spit's transformation and got killed for it.

Then again, Git seems rather non-plussed about being locked in a room, or just way too calm for the slaughter he should have had at least a first-hand hearing. He's also working at a place we KNOW is full of vampire activity and could have very easily been tainted by the regent's "daughter" who's his boss. Also the Lycan thing is unlikely, in WOD you're born a werewolf, you don't get turned. At bar minimum, Spit is in his early 20's, way after the age a werewolf would usually get control over the form.

Also when you hear Fatigue being torn apart you can hear rather audible sound of someone gulping something liqid so that is another point against the garou theory.

The three wheeled car is called the Reliant Robin. They're most well known for one getting repeatedly bullied in the Mr. Bean shows. They aren't overly good from what I know, but they still have a following. Also, their makers also made the Reliant Kitten. So we know what you-know-who drives.

They are fine, their advantage was mostly that they were cheap (when first release in 1973, the robin was like £800) and that you didn't need a full driver license. Manufacture home was coal country, coal miner want cheap vehicle for work commute, because that way they don't have to care to much about it getting dirty.

As it weirded you out: the Three wheeled car is known as a 'Robin Reliant'. It was a 'car' manufactured in the UK... and I use the term loosely. The Robin was made to circumvent traffic laws I believe, as it used a engine that you would normally find in a motorbike, it being a more being a reinforced motor-trike than a car (hence it being 3 wheels rather than 4). As it used a smaller less powerful engine then cars you could drive it with a much easier to obtain motorbike license than a car license. They were made in the 70s or 80s, and when I was young in the early 2000's there were a few still around, and being built till 2002. It was notable for a low speed (though still serviceable street speed), and was famous for being REALLY unstable. However when they were made in the 70s people in the north of England liked them as in heavy snow their weird shape and lighter build meant they could more easily drive through snow and mud, as they were so light they did not sink into it as fast as bigger cars: ideal in locations that did not get snow plows. Though all in all, it was a really bad 'car.'

I don't think it's the Chapter Master, Black Law, or Slackjaw for a number of reasons. The Chapter Master is for the type of Wizard he is, a solar wizard. This means that his teleportation uses sunlight and that he has spells that would kill the undead, such as vampires. He is the target of spying and a possible solution in the end. Also, saw the rest of the episode, but will not spoil it for you. Blackjack and his son are less certain of facts but very certain narrative-wise, for they need them to get in Big D's way without being suspect. Also, I don't think Spite is the mole they are looking for, but maybe Git is since he works at a store run by Vampires. Spit, however, will probably kill Git if it turns out he is turning into a werewolf.

A ghoul has vampiric blood coursing inside them. So blood test could've revealed at least something. Ghoul also uses vampirc blood to use disciplines. The only difference is that ghoul doesn't go into frenzy because he spent all his blood and instead risk to experience withdrawal if they spend it all.

There is a idea rolling around that Spit is a Werewolf as the symptoms of someone under lycantrophy are on display, which explains why the scholar of such things was so focused on him.

The blood test isn't canon to WoD entirely (as far as a Neophyte as I knows), but it should be because it makes sense. See, like narcotics in a drug fiend's bloodstream, Vitae of their vampire masters can be found in the blood of a ghoul; especially if it's a Revenant, who are ghouls bred in family lines to produce their own Vitae. Also, on Spit/Simon's mental freakouts, I've heard two theories; 1.) He's about to be Imbued, where he's receiving a Reckoning from the Celestials as well as encompanying powers. He's going mad because unknown beings beyond our mortal ken have taken an interest in him at this time and place. 2.) He's Shifting. See, in WoD, this is something akin to how Werewolves or other Fera beings are born. Luna or Gaia or whoever chooses someone to be imbued with the gift of being infused with mystic Spiritual power, where he could become a werewolf. It definitely explains what happens later, because that... scene is indicative of a werewolf's violent first transformation.

Sort of? It depends on how it's treated. If the gun is already there. Or isn't a focus, it can be set dressing. But if the gun (or what ever prop is acting in its place) becomes the viewers focus, then leaving it out becomes a narrative problem, essentially a loose end cluttering up a story because it's inclusion was irrelevant.

To be clear, Occam is *not* a Mage - as in one of the namesake supernaturals of Mage: The Ascension, AKA the Awakened. He is a mortal who happens to be a practitioner of one form of sorcery (AKA "linear magic", and more derisively as "hedge magic" or "hedge wizardry"), a lesser form of magic that any mortal can learn and wield (provided they possess the appropriate Traits in game-mechanics terms).
