The closer a shoe gets to release day the higher the price goes and the lower the discount code. So I preorder in June they were $240 and I used 40% off code to get them for $144. But now they are $350 and no longer code eligible. I was able to order size 14 and 15

There’s a number of Italian restaurants with that name. In the case of this shoe it’s just the name of the deep red color sometimes called crimson. It’s made from bugs!
