I remember Airline and I LOVED Jane's and Leanne's "I'm not putting up with this shit" stance with angry (and thinking they somehow are privileged passengers FFS it's a Budget airline ....they don't do 1st class, business class or any class .....it was paid for your ticket and your all the same with easy jet (who iv flown with a few times to Prague) it's what it is they do! (that's why it's called a budget airline! BUT A LOT better Ryan Air they just rip you off charge the earth for simple things and if they cancel your flight will try to not compensate OR rebook you on their next flight!) than inflight food but its basic , sandwiches, pizza ect ( i remember coming back on one flight the last time we went to Prague) and they hadn't had time to restock all that was left was the Pizza ..till it ran out ..got mine about 20 min before landing ad it was burnt to a crisp as everyone was ordering the only thing they had food wise on the flight! 🤣🤣😉😉 as for Katrina, my heart goes out to her i knew she had cancer during the series etc BUT didn't know she has beat it 9 times and I'm so glad she got married and had kids as that is something she feared would never happen! Now LEO I'm surprised as he was all mr nice Nicy ( and TBH we all thought he was camp and prob gay back then on the series but you can be camp and still be straight) I was shocked about the stalker stuff ...mind you they always say the nice and quiet ones are the ones to watch!

@@sharonleavy839 Never traveled with Ryanair was just saying that was all...I personally wouldn't as hear so many horror stories about things that have gone wrong be it cancled flights ect and they will not budge on giving you a refund EVEN if the problem was thier fault! at least NORMALY with Easyjet, they are more accommodating with stuff like that! and the pizza thing i was talking about was when we have flown with Easyjet! But that's just my personal choice NOT to fly Ryanair if i can avoid it!

Katrina is so brave. Cancer is a heartless, cruel disease and it made me a widow -- but it's so great to see someone winning against it. I will keep her in my prayers and send her all the love and good will I can muster. (And shame on Leo for trying to blame his stalking on a brain tumour. That's no excuse!)

I arrived late for a flight from Liverpool and met Leanne Cheung. I held my hands up and said it was totally my fault. She was really helpful and even changed our travel party free of charge. It is all how you approach the staff and I am still a loyal Easyjet traveller.

I'm a street cleaner and I will give you a good example. There was a house that had a lot of litter blown into the front garden and obviously I only have to clear what is in the actual road not what's on private property (front gardens) Two people come out and the first one I know you don't have to but could you please clear the litter that blown in my garden. The same day further down the road someone else comes out and starts shouting get this litter out of my garden now. Guess which one I helped and which one I didn't

It's all about having good judgement of character, I'm really nice and I don't have a dark side. I want the best for everyone, and I treat others the way I would like to be treated. You sound as if you don't have a lot of trust in people, possibly because you have been let down badly in the past?? You can't really make a judgement on seeing someone on TV for 5 minutes. Most of these shows on TV are staged to an extent, the producers target certain people to get a reaction out of them, and that's the same for the employees at Easyjet, they likely tell Leo how to act, I cannot see disgruntled passengers feeling comfortable about being put on the show so easily

0:31 correction, Britannia was a seperate airline. They were the in house airline of Thomsons, soon they rebranded, became Thomson airways and is now actually the TUI that we know today.

I think of Jane whenever I have to deal with a difficult customer. Some people just don't like being told 'no', so you have to take a hard stance with them, unfortunately. It's astonishing that there are actually people out there that think we care if they take their business to a competitor - we really don't. :)

I cannot believe she had a training company. As a customer service trainer, I found her attitude dreadful. Leanne Cheung was just as bad. Main thing to remember is ‘ it’s not about you’! Taking offence at difficult people and being rude back will just affect your mood, and achieve nothing. Far better to let them rant and keep repeating your reply, like, ‘ I’m sorry sir, that’s not possible’ calmly. It is more satisfying in the long run.

Britannia Airways and Easyjet are two different airlines. Britannia was the charter arm of Thomson holidays, now part of TUI. Easyjet are a low cost airline who are one of the biggest in Europe.

Leanne was so wonderfully acerbic, something about that scouse accent just punches through when they're putting you down. Also, Airline anecdote for you, I have a friend who was travelling back from Cyprus years ago, after a holiday, there was no transfer bus to the airport, so the tour operator had to put on a taxi for them and another couple who were catching the same flight. This other couple arrived slightly late for the taxi, seemingly because the lady had a extremely large number of bright pink designer suitcases with her. Same happened to me, got friends with a guy, he wanted more. I told him NO!! And I had my door, windows, cat flap smashed in. Stalking me, 100 texts a day, constant phone calls. But I had to get a Non harassment order but because yous are not a couple, its not harassment. ❤

Used to be a plane spotter and spent many hours at Luton Airport and watched many bits being filmed, It was NOT as it was in reality as most of the events were basically over staged to look good for the cameras. Customers were often told to go over the top with the staff for better T.V. It was played out as if it was a drama not reality. As the person doing the commenting on this video says it was Good old Leo he showed how calm and considerate he was to passengers whilst Jane was played out as being hard nosed. Its like every police drama show where you have a good cop and a bad cop.

There must have been something in it for the passengers to consent to filming in the first place. Maybe the production company would pay any incurred costs, etc. Or maybe these airports are full of narcissists and attention-seekers who don't give a damn. Actually, that's probably rather likely.

When she appeared in the show I was a plane spotter and once walked through the airport with my binoculars around my neck, after a few minutes out side the police came over to me and said a report had come in from a member of staff I was using my binoculars to steer at her. I told the cops I had done no such thing and as there were C.C.T.V. cameras (SECURITY CAMERAS) inside the building get your arses inside watch the video and then get the fool to issue an apology to me. It was obviously her who made up the story she was the only member of staff there. the police apologised to me and wished me a good day as they knew i could prove my innocence. The last thing I said to the police was, IS SHE LOOKING FOR A STORY TO TELL THE CAMERA THE NEXT TIME THEY COME TO FILM HER. SHE IS ON THE T.V. FOR A FEW MINUTES EACH WEEK AND SHE THINKS SHE OWNS THE FKING AIRPORT. The 2 cops smirked and walked away. I ALWAYS hoped they gave her the biggest bollocking she had ever had for making up lies.

The US version ran on A&E and followed a group from Southwest Airlines, there were a couple of gay cast too, including one who was very low key who I was SHOCKED was gay! It was so great of a show, lots of iconic moments
