After Season 6, Susan moves out of Wisteria Lane. Her storylines from that point on are almost completely separate from the other characters. Any time they are “together” you never see all the characters in one shot. This is particularly the case when they are playing cards. Terri’s stand in (filmed from behind) is used in the wide shots to give the illusion that she’s in the scene with the other characters. It’s filmed well so you don’t really notice but I assumed at the time that this was due to the feud between the cast

Sorry but Eddie was not a shock!! Her killing off WAS needed. When you think about it EVERY GIRL had character growth and. Eddie was the same evil skanky woman she was when we first met her. She got married and still was doing slime ball things. When you compare that to Gabbies growth it's a big difference. Gabbie was SUPER superficial and then she bacame a mom and you could SEE her growth. Eddies time to me was always numbered because she just wasn't giving a good story line either
