Headed to Pittsburgh for NPC MASTERS NATIONAL one year, I had a brand new small jar of almond butter to eat on the plane. The TSA lady said I couldn’t carry it. I told her it’s brand new and still sealed. She said it doesn’t matter, bomb makers can make anything look legit. I guess she had a point and rules are rules, and I follow the rules. However, she took the almond butter and put it in the trash can right there at her station. I said wait a min. That could be explosive but you’re disposing of it right beside you? Would like Mikes opinion on this- A cue that I liked for back is “ your spine is like a stationary door hinge and each side of your back is a separate door and you are just opening and closing those doors around that hinge”. When you elevate the scapula at the top of a pulldown the teres major doesn’t lengthen more. The teres major is attached to the inferior angle of the scapula up to the humerus so the teres major can only be lengthened and shortened based on the movement of the humerus. The lat attaches to vertebrae and the pelvis so when you elevate the scapula the lat actually lengthens because its origin and insertion point actually get further away from each other. When you elevate the scapula during a pulldown the teres major origin and insertion points don’t get further away from each other.

I agree with Fouad 100%. I don't have a problem with carry-on luggage. The problem is when people stow both their carry-on AND their personal item (like a backpack or giant purse) in the overhead bin. That's what eats up all the space and necessitates gate-checked bags. It's also the one thing the airlines/flight attendants don't enforce at all. 🤷‍♂️
