This can't be mentioned enough; it's amazing how you cover your topics in such a short amount of time, every video. You waste no time, even while throwing in some jokes here and there. Before finding you (pre-bunkers) other youtubers (you know who i'm talking about) always had 10+ minute videos and in most of the cases i was hesitating to even get started watching their videos because it was such a big time investment, frequently getting me bored halfway and not even always remember what I wanted to know about the update in the first place. When I first put race handling on my akula it felt really unstable but smooth handling feels perfect

The different handling is more preference rather than upgrades. It depends how you want your plane to fly. But I do suggest on big planes like the Tula add racing and you'll be impressed how nimble they become.

I prefer stock/smooth handling over race handling, race handling is just insanely hard to control compared to stock/smooth. Havent tried out sports but smooth or stock is doing the trick for me

You're the only gta KZbinr I've seen that uses actual aircraft terms (save for ailer-roll wtf) Fun fact, if the entire horizontal stabilizer is also an elevator then it's called a stabilator. In this case, the laser and hydra have stabilators

What i discovered is, that on The Molotok, the game COMPLETLY removes the turbolences with the smooth handeling applyed, sry for spelling mistakes, me no english ;D

This is fake. The GTA community has analyzed the different plane handling modes and discovered that they do not change turbulence at all. They only change how fast the aircraft turns when you press the controller. This Pyrerealm video is correct: The ONLY difference is how fast you can control the plane.

In the akula the race handling vs stock handling difference is insane. It’s hard to explain, but if you have a akula with race handling rn put stock back on and fly around. Then switch back and you’ll see what I mean

personally I like the sports handling more than the race one. Its a bit slower but it gives me more control since I am using a keyboard instead of a controller to fly.

Can you test helicopters next? Same as these tests as well as tests for engine power? I've been seeing some people claim that engine upgrades just make you rise quicker, but don't make you any quicker in a straight line. In fact, they claim it makes you slower because you have to slow down to reduce altitude.

A test showing a stretch of level flight in clear weather (use an air race?) to determine whether or not the options change susceptibility to turbulence might be useful. I feel like the Rogue suffers way more turbulence than I run into in pre-smuggler's run aircraft. Would be nice to know if any of the handling options increase/reduce this.

PeRFeXioN if you've actually done the upgrades yourself, you'd be able to tell that depending on what you're doing race can be worse. Race can make the planes unusabley twitchy in a dogfight or stunt flying where you need precise movements, but is great for avoiding bullets, rockets, or kamikaze planes. At least to me in the rogue, sport keeps the plane quick but usable.

if u bought a plane for dogfighting,rouge for example don't upgrade the handling,it's already very sensitive wich makes aiming with it harder,if u use it for stunts then it might come in handy

Why do you just make turns and loops without a measure point? By the turning test you could use the North sign on the minimap for it. The looping could be measured by the ocean line as a point and the barrelroll could you make 5 sec rolls and see how much rolls you got out of it. This "test" doesn't show me enough.

The idea is to look at the surrounding environment turn around as the plane turns and not time the frames.

Plane handling is much like the wheel styles of cars - you'll know the difference when you feel it. And yes, to those who don't believe it, wheel type does in fact change your car's handling. Don't believe anyone who calls it a placebo, they haven't properly tested and are causing you to miss out on a cool part of this game if you believe them.

Race handling makes certain planes too jittery, like they're hopped up on caffeine. Sure, they may turn faster, but you lose a certain degree of control (Ironically). Personally, I stick to smooth handling.

I think stock or smooth for larger planes & sport/race the smaller the plane. Medium like rogue etc aren't really supposed to handle like F22's. Keeps it more realistic imo but it's your game & they're your planes so do whatever you like 👍

I can’t control the Rogue very well in race handling. Also, the Hunter seems to fly best with Sport handling. Races is way to jerky for precise barrage kills imo.

I put race handling on my Rogue when I got it and I really don't like it. Trying to bomb or get any precision in ground strikes is super difficult due to the strength of the rudder. Think I'll switch to smooth

Mohanad Alameer Mouse-controls for planes/cars/etc. on PC are just bad. They imitate the behavior of analog sticks, which is just weird with a mouse and gives you less control than the keyboard.

Mouse controls can be pretty bad on PC, so if you're on PC and having trouble flying, I would recommend just using the numpad.
