In this video I take a look at the Alpha-Z1, the Ultralight and Havok aircraft all added as part of the Smuggler's run DLC in GTA Online!
I compare them to each other and figure out which one is the one that you should buy should your funds be rather low!

I consider myself to be an exceptional pilot in game, but I have to say the alpha z-1 is really hard to land with its high minimum speed and responsiveness.

I bought the Havok and love it, it provides amazing first person adventures thanks to its huge dome window, and has great illumination at night. It's also very small as you said, which makes it fun to take through tunnels, etc. I don't use it for the weapon standpoint, just the flight.

Billy Rohrbough I mean, it doesn't do combat like the buzzard, obviously, it possibly flies faster than it. It can turn better than the buzzard from my experience as well.

Billy Rohrbough Pros: -Much Faster -Much more manueverable -Better for defence (extremely hard to shoot down due to flares and easy to turn/dodge) -Fun (lol) Cons: -No missiles and weak/difficult gun (only con, however makes it BE purposed to escape and be passive rather than to attack) I use it to get away and to not be killed.

The only two problems are these; it's minigun is weak as hell, and can only carry 1 person (which isn't a bad thing necessarily) ohh and it's expensive as hell it should b like the ultralight with a price of 600k (I believe)

I gotta say the Ultralight is the best just because it feels so massively different from all other aircraft. Gliding through LS and firing upon police and pedestrians is just way too fun because of how low to the ground you can get with such control.

Pegasus will spawn stuff right next to you as long as your at a pickup spot and hey won't spawn it across the map.

You can spawn your planes right next to you wherever you are with a quick trick, you request your aircraft, then request a job from either Simeon, Ron or Gerald, then enter the job they sent you, then back out. And you will have the plane right next to you! You can even be on top of Mt. Chiliad and it would still work! And I say Simeon, Ron or Gerald because there are no loading screens when you enter or quit their job matchmaking menu

My favourite thing about the havok is that you can call it as a ceo vehicle as well once you own it. Which makes it great for fast travel

Havoc is great for escaping. You can call it anywhere, it's fast, and has flares. Thing is, in hangar missions you get endless amount of enemies. You gain nothing by shooting them down. You have to run away from them, and get to hangar quickly.

The Havok is really good for freemode missions to travel from point A to point B. I've always used Buzzard for it but now the Havok fits alot better for this purpose

That only works for taking off and you reach about 180 but with the hover method you are sitting around 280-310

How the hell did you manage to fail to mention the fact that the Havok is in the CEO vehicle menu? Meaning you can instantly spawn it anywhere, putting it in a whole other league than the other two as far as usefulness goes. Did you not do your research or do you not realise how important that is? And yes I know you can now spawn personal aircraft, it's still not nearly as fast and reliable as CEO vehicle spawns.

if you want to make money then no. if you just have extra money and want to have fun then its a yes. The missions/stock things that you can do from the hangar are fun if you have some friends to play with or even by your self but its terrible at making money

The Alpha Z-1 is a no-brainer for me, nearly everything about it attracts me. I wish I can remove those winglet type things on the trailing edge of the wings, it doesn't look that good on such a sleek plane, contrary to the Mallard.

I was so disappointed by the ultralight, but really the only thing that killed it for me is that there is no use for the right and left bumpers once you're in the air. It really makes the handling more frustrating than it had to be. I know it's a glider, but this is also a game and they could have added some kind of rudder system to allow you to turn yourself a bit with the bumpers. I wanted to love it!

Huh, I didn't know they Ultra light could do that. Personally I think Rockstar could do a lot more with the concepts of stealth and electronic aircraft warfare, such as planes with minimap cloak capability (such as an SR-71 Blackbird), or planes which carry interference defence systems like on board local missile jammers and radar scramblers etc.

The Havok is useless since I can get a Pegasus deployed Savage for much less, even the Buzzard is far better. The Alpha is cool looking, but I don't do air races and I already have a Besra. The Ultralight is going to be a cool addition once I buy a Rogue and the Mustang that's coming out later.

The Ultralight would be awesome if it could spawn a the same places as a personal vehicle. If I have to run over to a personal aircraft spawn point, I might as well just call in my Hydra or Akula. Also for anyone interested, the Gimball Turret got a huge upgrade, now it is about the same as the simple minigun that you can use on foot, pretty good.

It can with bug. All you need is to call itfrom interaction menu and then (before it spawn's) call buzzard from ceo or sparow from kosatka and it will spawn on car spot. In other words - right in front of you.
