The sound quality is actually the same, Airpods 2 sound clearer because they're not full of ear wax.

Not to mention they sound terrible for the price anyway, and its lossify spotify, and its bluetooth AAC, and keaton isn't an audio expert. If you dont want to be attached to a wire, but you can deal with a wire on you, get Fiio f9 pros with Fiio btr3 and it will actually sound good for the price. People think these sound good because they havent heard anything better Edit: or Master and Dynamic Me05s if you dont like the look of the F9s or the Sound profile. They are the same price give or take $10 more or less

I got my clone airpods pro at iplaypods,co and they are awesome. Sound and mic so fluid and clean. Because you do not need to spend 250$ on Apple ones when you can have something like this for cheaper price.

This is a faulty test as ears are not equal. When one is right-handed, they are also right EARED dominant and vice-versa. Your right and left hear although performing the same purposes, are definitely more dominant in certain areas. It's been shown that your left ear is more sensitive to the sound of music compared to your right ear. Until you switch ears we just cannot know. I am left handed and eared so I switch my headsets the other way or it is uneven.

i'm so annoyed with people sayin that airpods 2 have "hey siri" I just tried it on my Airpods 1 gen from christmas and the "hey siri" works on them all the time! so really the only thing that makes these worth buying is just for wireless charging,which shout out to keaton you can buy seperately for $30-$40! If anything I'm gonna wait for the Airpods 3 before I upgrade if I even do! gotta upgrade my phone first I'm on the iPhone 6s. To whoever is reading this thanks for enjoying/hating my rant

My pair of airpods 2 sounds messed up, the bass sounds like a 5$ speaker and it sounds not clear. My gen 1s which were not very old sounded much better. The only thing that absolutely pissed me off was the hissing static that I got after playing a video and going back to the home screen or after stopping a song

guys don't trust anyone for sound quality just check the frequency response on the Rtings site for in-ears and clavinetjunkie for speakers. Still many people after seeing the frequency response pretend : "it sounds good to me anyway", they are stupid. If you like bass and rap that's ok but these songs are already bass-heavy. A speaker isn't made for a kind of music, it's neutral or not. If you boost bass then it will affects the voice, the instruments and it will become less and less immersive. The best sounding device is the most neutral and immersive one.

nah its cause he got ear wax in his old one, airpods get quieter the longer you have them because earwax soaks in, even if you clean it every day
