So I’m thinking they’re dead, but it still wouldn’t work, even with me charging them for days. So I just tried the reset methods and perfect, they’re back working as of today.

Did use mine yesterday, loaded it over night and now they are won't work anymore. If I hold both buttons, it will eventually flash orange, but stop after three times and not flash white. Very sadge, I used them fro two years now I think and never had problems.

Sorry, did not notice the messages. I could not fix them and the local Apple reseller told me, that they also can’t (or won’t, idk). I bought them over Amazon so I tried to send them in and they got fixed for free! Edit: they replaced the headphones except for headband and earcups.

Reset them 2 times once after the other and then do a full reset and you should see the white light hope this helps 🤝

Guys, I have solution, Remove the cushions, take the SIM card pin and insert it to remove the headband. Now, if we take a look at the actual headband, there is indeed another small lightning connector attached to each earpiece. Clean it well and reassemble the headset, and it should work right away.

So I was listening to music pulled one ear bud off my ear to hear something outside my window , put it back on , and the right ear didn’t work anymore . Left one was fine. Decided to see if forgetting the device would help restart it. Factory reset or pair mode doesent seem to work. The white light does not show up when I hold the appropriate button and neither does the amber followed by white. The amber light shows up but still cannot reconnect my AirPod pros to my iPhone

Sometimes restart or factory reset won’t bring them back either. I’ve experienced a situation where they won’t work with any Apple device nor with iCloud. They’re seemingly bricked. In my experience, the only thing that brings them back is putting them aside for one to two weeks. After that period, charge them up again and retry, and they should be good. I haven’t gone so far as to take them in for support. But this has happened to two pairs and it happens one or twice a year, regardless of the firmware updates.

The only truly helpful video!! All other videos were doing the typical press and hold method but no one mentioned your method to quickly release once you see the amber blinks. After I immediately released, I put them on and they were connected! I actually had that problem once before and I had to send it to Apple for a factory reset.
