The price is right and you can get them renewed for even cheaper. Every ear is different, but I rarely ever use my AirPods Max anymore. The AirPods Pro 2 are just that good.

@@KanwarAnand Hey mate! I think that really depends on why they weren't comfortable. The 2nd generation AirPods Pro now have extra small ear tips which a lot of people love and find more comfortable. But it really depends on your specific ears. If you really want them, I'd just order them online, use them for a week, and if they aren't comfortable, send them back.

2nd and last question. I seen a setting that you can increase or decrease sound in transparency mode. But do you know if there is a setting to increase the noise canceling? Because i hate hearing loud cars when im trying to sleep in the parking lot of my work. ✌️

Unfortunately not, but what I can recommend is using some noise playlist. I’ve just starting playing with it during my sleep and I like “deep brown noise”. There are tons of them on KZbin and Spotify. I play them on a speaker at night but they will work just as well on the AirPods. Hope this helps!

There are several podcasts dedicated to sleep health as well. Some tell a gentle story or just host some soft cafe chatter and slowly dull into just soft music/noise. I’d suggest downloading to reduce power usage regardless of left on charger or not. Hope this helps! Stay Safe, Always Awesome!

I’ve looked at a few reviews of these buds, and most people spend most of the review talking about the features and hardly any time on the actual sound! To me the features are the least important part of buds, it’s the sound that I buy any headphones for and I’m still to see a review that talks about that in depth!

Hey Jeffrey! Sorry my review didn't do it for you. 🤷‍♂ I get where you're coming from and I think the fact that nobody mentions the sound should be a good indicator that it's great. People mostly (I guess) don't choose AirPods for the sound quality alone though, but all the features (which is what makes them unique versus things like Sony, JLB or Bose). Personally, I love the sound. But I'm not an audio guy and I wouldn't be able to tell you if they sound better or worse than others.

Great question! For a long time I used the medium-sized ones, but then I’ve tested the large ones and they were a slightly better fit. Sometimes, during workouts, the medium ones would come lose on my ear. Thank you for watching!

As long as you play some music or something, they'll absolutely do that. Apple also claims that they do this during transparency mode, for very loud noise.

I'd say, if you're in the Apple ecosystem, with multiple devices, then the AirPods always win. If you're just on your iPhone, and you use a Windows computer etc - then maybe the Sony's could be a touch better. I still use my AirPods Pro 2 *every day* for several hours and their battery life has held up amazingly FWIW.

going from the very first gen 1 airpods to airpods pro 2, its heaven. granted, the buds arent as comfortable as the normal airpods imo (my ears are on the tiny side), and the noise cancellation is not like, amazing (i guess i thought it would cancel EVERYTHING). but for an apple user, it was def worth the upgrade. i can nap in the car better :DD

@@TechWandererYT i have tried the xs tips. i think the issue is like, the main....head(?) of the earbud. the plastic is a teeny bit big for me ear, and the top vent kinda rubs against my ear and caused some irritation and pain sometimes. maybe im wearing it wrong 😵‍💫

i've tried quite a few earbuds and headphones with noise cancelling in i guess my quest to find the best noise cancelling device for me, and the airpods pro 2 are easily the best overall for me personally even as an android user. compared to others like the galaxy buds2 pro, they sound slightly worse imo (and mic is worse) which i expected, however the noise cancelling which is what i really care about, is unmatched imo. even compared to over ear headphones like the sony xm5's the noise cancelling is the same tier imo. might be slightly worse, but overall it's really incredible for such tiny earbuds.

Hey 👋 my recommendation would be AirPods Pro 2 to be honest. Since I’ve bought them, I haven’t used the Max anymore. They now collect dust. Furthermore, the Pro’s feel better in my ear (personal choice) while the Max make my ears sweat. The only benefit of the Max would be battery life.

Hi Just! Thank you so much for watching. Regarding the AirPods Pro 1st vs 2nd generation, they cost almost the same (at least on Amazon). Apple doesn't sell the first generation, only refurbished. So unless you find somebody directly to sell you theirs, the price difference is negligible. If you buy second hand though, make sure that the battery life is still okay, because that gets worse over the years. Generally speaking, *the first gen AirPods are still very good.* If you get get them significantly cheaper, let's say $100-120 for the first gen, I would still consider them. Hope this helps!

Hey Mega Slayer92 👋 JBL got some killer earbuds for sure. So does Sony. But when you're in the Apple ecosystem (for better or worse 🤣) then AirPods offer so much more than any other earbud, like switching seamlessly between devices which is so cool. They also monitor your volume and let you know when you listened too long for too loudly and stuff like that. Sound-wise alone however, maybe there's better one indeed. Thank you for watching!

Since they're only out for 4 months, they are definitely still under Apple warranty. You should go to Apple.com immediately and request support if the country you live in has official Apple stores. Otherwise just go to an authorized service provider (I think they exist worldwide). This is NOT normal.

I did not have the Gen 1s. I had Sony WF-1000XM4s and I went with them over the Gen 1s for battery life specifically and I bought those because I was tired of my Beats Studio Buds dying on me before the 4 hour mark and the Gen 1s did not have enough headroom over those. Then I started having multiple issues with my XM4s. I got tired of messing with them, saw the Gen 2s and that was finally the product I was looking for. I do like the volume control which is a huge plus, but the extended battery life was the single biggest purchase reason. I know many say these sound much better than Gen 1s with more bass, but I've never heard the Gen 1. I will say the Sony's kill these in sound quality and power of sound. It's just fuller and punchier. That said the driver on the Sony buds are only 6mm and the AirPods are 11mm and this is most noticeable in the bass. The AirPods bass just sounds less bloated and deeper even if it's not more powerful sounding. I don't know if I still qualify as audiophile since I don't invest heavily in sound equipment like I used to and I've been out of the audio industry for more than 10 years, but I still have an ear for sound from all my years of tuning audio back then. I'm very particular about how my music sounds, but these days I need it to be as portable as possible and carrying over ear headphones are just not an option.

I also had Sony ones in the past (the first gen of the current overear ones) and they were quite nice. But ultimately, I really like the integration of the Apple products within their ecosystem. I think they even if they were worse sound wise, I’d still use them just because they switch so effortlessly between iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, MacBook etc. But from your educated opinion it sounds like the AirPods Pro 2 are killing it. So I’m even happier with the purchase. 😅 Battery life is a huge one. With the 6-6.5 hours that they last at least after 4 months, I rarely ever have to charge them. It’s just so good. Just got my APP2 yesterday but it seems like the case is draining battery fast. They last about 3 days, so much worse than my APP1. I have read it's a common issue after some update. Have you discovered any battery drain with yours?

Hey Marcus, that's a bummer! I have not noticed this myself. I usually charge them no more than once a week (with heavy use). I'd return them and try a new pair as this is absolutely not normal. None of my AirPods ever drained, but the battery does decline over the years, that's for sure. I really hope you manage to return them for a different pair. Thanks for watching!

Hi Maxime! Yes and no. Any pair of noise cancellation headphones I've tried in the past somehow gave me the feeling that they got worse over time. I've tried several from Bose, Sony, and Apple. All gave me the sensation that they didn't cancel out the noise as well as they did in the beginning. But truth be told, I think it's just me getting used to how much noise they filter out. I still remember vividly putting in the first generation AirPods Pro in a mall right where I bought them, and I thought: holy s#%t. This is amazing! But now I put them in and I'm much less impressed. TL;DR: I don't think they degraded, but I do think that I feel like they did because I got used to them. Thank you for your comment, and for watching!

Really hard to say. Sound-wise I do not have the comparison. if you are in the Apple ecosystem though, you have an iPhone, maybe an iPad, a Mac and even an Apple TV, then nothing is better than the any Apple Earbuds (AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, etc), simply because they integrate so well!

That's a bummer. I remember my first 1st gen AirPods also had some crackling problem. Apple made a global replacement program though and I got a perfect new pair. What are you using now?

You statement about having the AirPods charging on a plane doesn’t make 100% sense, cause everywhere I travel is less than 6 hours, either the US east coast, or the carribian islands.

Hey! Thanks a lot for watching first of all! If you live in the states, and you stay within the general area then for sure you're right. But as soon as you leave the continent to hit Europe or Asia, flights will be 7-22 hours long. I live in Dubai (move away from Europe into the warmth 😬) and the shortest flights here are about 6-6.5 hours. Most are 8-16 hours. So longer battery life helps A TON for my travel. 💪🏻

My condolences for your loss. Though it is amusing and assuming the person that kept the AirPods has iPhone it would literally warn them that the owner can track their location and they still continue to use them. Or perhaps another Apple device happen to be nearby and pinged them, but regardless my thumb smooshed the subscribe button 😊

1st gen is definitely better with battery life. Honestly my gen 2 are always dead! It’s frustrating getting into the gym and they are dead. Even though I’m charging the case. I think it’s the find my feature that’s draining the battery
