So from context I’m guessing she was having a psychotic episode and possibly ran from the cops just because she saw them. Again, this is my guess from context. To me it didn’t appear as if physical intervention was necessary. Yeah…they may have had to listen to crazy shit for another few minutes…but they had her surrounded and may have been the cause of her anxiety. I didn’t see any threat, but I also didn’t see what she did before the camera was turned on.
