Just returned home from 4 day adventure to Oskgosh air show with my 15 year old son. Wow! Treasured memories made and his interest in aviation is solidified for life. Thank you EAA and Oskgosh for a great week.

The show is truly incredible in person, cameras can't capture the true feeling of being there. But the show was great where I was siting almost all the planes flew right above me and I could feel the roar and shake of the planes and explosives in my chest, It is truly a great experience and if anyone gets the chance to go they should take it.

That's why I tell people to go at airshow, you can feel nothing in video (roar sound, your body shaking when a military jet just take off front of you, jet fuel smell)

A small subtitle indicating mark and model of each display aircraft, would be a major improvement. As for the usual high quality of AS videos, we, the long time followers, are already accostumed.

Amazing! Ty so much. This Brings back memories of watching the EAA air shows from the home I grew up in near the EAA grounds. We would watch it while sitting in the driveway. & I’ve been to EAA a long time ago. The best part living in Oshkosh was meeting & talking with those who flew here for the EAA from around the US & around the world. Great times! Yes, I would like to know the type of each plane too. They have changed so much since then. For the better.

It was a great day! I was fortunate to catch the Harriers preparing to depart and managed to get a few shots of them taking off. Amazing to think that the AV-8B has been flying for roughly 40 years!

Went years ago, not so many jets, no drones or fireworks. Just lots of airplanes and talks and "how to" demonstrations for the hobbyist, flyers and home builders you know EAA. Now everything has to be a production. It was fun then too. Thanks for the video.

@@imperfectivnz6957 I agree. It's the ones we just can't remember the name of that would be nice to refresh memory. That one used for personnel transport to aircraft carriers . . . Packet? There's one or two other slightly unusual planes that would be nice to remind oneself while watching. I've noticed in watching other fly-in/airshow videos that identify each aircraft how educational it is for the viewer. It would actually add value to these excellent Airshow productions if one could learn something more while watching. It's all excellent in any case. Thank you Airshow.

P-47, F-16, CT-114 Tutor, BO 105, two hurricanes a spitfire and a Canadian CF-18, four mig 17, two p-51 c but maybe the second one was a D, no clue what's shooting the fireworks, two f4u corsairs and a fa-18, Grumman hu-16c, ov-10d bronco, Grumman c1 trader, three av-8b harriers, I think the one at night with all the strobes is a beechcraft 18, cc-138 twin otter, b-25, beechcraft starship, ej-1 super pinto, that parked heli is a hh-60 jayhawk, ct-114 tutors again, the plane with the trailing sparks looks like a long-ez maybe, fa-18. Just sayin

The Hurricane was part of a group of RCAF aircraft that were celebrating the 100th anniversary. This was the first time I had seen a flying Hawker Hurricane! I hope it returns to Airventure, but it's not very likely.

Very cool video but in the opening nice seconds of the clip is very disturbing, the pilot of the P-47 broke every safety protocol put forth by the FAA, especially while performing at an airshow. This video has been forwarded to the FAA to see if they want to take any action against the pilot....

You should know what you're talking about before commenting. The people in the video are crew members who were authorized to be inside the aerobatic box as they helped set up for the pyro and fireworks.

The spectator line is seen in the background on the OTHER side of the runway. As mentioned by the content producer, these were just airshow crew on this side of the runway
