Due to upgrading works in progress at KLIA’s Main Terminal Building, Air India is temporarily operating from KLIA2. When the works are completed, AI will move to KLIA1, operating from the Satellite Terminal.

I dont think AI if the only full service airlines in KLIA T2. Cambodia Airways and Qingdao Airlines also operating in KLIA T2

12 Jul 2013 2:36 PM PETALING JAYA, July 12 - The KLIA2 will no longer be a low-cost terminal, but Malaysia’s first hybrid airport with upgraded business-class services alongside total international passenger segregation, said Deputy Minister of Transport Datuk Ab.Aziz Kaprawi. The upgraded business-class services at the under-construction airport are as per the request of AirAsia.

@@aiem But the design is still low cost and cheap from the start. Such a big difference in terms of facilities when compared to terminal 1 and not to mention Changi.

They likely don't want media filming in the aircraft because honestly, their A320NEO are not nearly as good as their widebody aircraft, with seats more akin to a low cost airline in a 29 inch pitch in economy.

No, but codeshare with America Airlines, transferring at CDG. Malaysia Airlines in March 2025 plans to expand codeshare partnership with American Airlines, covering the latter’s service between Paris and the US. Following codeshare routes to commence on 22MAR25.
