The charge time depends on the capacity of the battery and the type of charger being used.

i just bought one from a friend at work....lol he bought it like 10 yrs ago, was still in box. It has a Ni-mh 2/3a 1100mah 8.4v with it. It has 7 cells and is approx, 200mm long. I put it in and measured how much room is left in compartment. There was roughly 35mm of room left in comparment. There is room to squeeze an 8 cell 9.6v in the compartment. The 8 cell is 232mm, i imagine it will be tight, but it will go.

Um, sorry what? The mAh doesn't govern how many bbs you can fire, the mAh rating simply shows how long it'll last. I run a 3300 mAh battery and that will fire over 10k plus. Please check your info
