@@c_henny1481 if i had to guess, someone saw your video and then sent it to the business and the ref was fired. i have never played myself but even i can tell you that a ref doesnt have the authority to make you turn off your camera.

@@warshire Ok first of all, they wouldn't be "asking" they would be instructing you to leave their property. Second, the moment he tells you stop recording, that is a legal trespassing warning. Meaning if you keep recording you're criminally trespassing. You seriously need to learn how the world works before you get yourself into trouble.

@@blankspace178 them asking you to stop recording is not a tresspass warning. This was my professional field for 15 years, I am well aware of how this works. There are some variances from state to state, however, all require a clear and direct instruction to leave the property. Even if you refuse, since it is a semi-public place... aka a business... even if the police came, they would only tell you to leave. The police would then put in place a criminal tresspass warning, stating that you will have issues if you go back... HOWEVER, no one can stop you from recording. You can happily record them as you leave the property...

@@blankspace178 did you nit see the specification that this is a semi-public location as it is a place of business. At least I can read. This is not a private residence with an explicit protection of privacy, it is a business with an open to public status. VERY different legal status. Drop the ego and research a bit more. Businesses and private residences do not have the same protections.

"You're doing too good" WTF? What is "too good"? I thought the point of the game was to not get hit, to survive till the end? "You gotta go." Again WTF! If I'm playing the game in accordance with their rules why should I be asked to leave? Speak to the manager and the owner demand a full refund. If the problem is the others are a bunch noobs get with the owner setup training and strategy classes to bring them up to a level where they can at least hold their own on the field form teams promote the game in a positive way emphasis on fun not ego stroking /rant

ex-ref here. My friend who is ex-army has had issues with the team assembly at my local field and how refs put children up against speedsofters and total sweats, making their parents argue with them regarding overshooting and cheating. He tried to go to the owner about it and ask if they can do training classes or something and the owner said no. Makes sense since the owners a hardass, I know cuz he was my boss for 11 months. People get really complacent and if you want solutions to your field, just stop supporting it with money. Same thing with video games actually. Just stop participating. Once they're close to going out of business, they'll reach out. You can make the decision at that point if it's worth the effort.

@@c_henny1481 the ref telling you to turn it off was a huge no no... i think the main ref has everything pretty well locked down now, and some of the vet/regular players are actively trying to keep the teams balanced so that being "too good" just means you hold more weight on a team, so they may trade you for 2 or 3 rentals to rebalance the teams (they did that with me once, lol). you still get that one cheater though... one guy a few weeks ago raised his arms and called hit, but then turned and shot me, then proceeded to act like he never got out. hope to see you there sometime man. -kamikaze

Yeah, next time don't turn off the camera, and don't allow him to. Don't touch him, just back up, tell him not to touch your property, and that you'll leave, but the camera is staying on.
