(Airsoft) KSC M11 full metal

Shots with the KSC M.A.C. Model 11, unsuppressed and suppressed.
It's a full metal gas powered airsoft GBB gun.
I use green gas for this gun.
I bought it from an other airsoft player. You can buy the same on a lot of airsoft website like uncompany, wgc, redwolf airsoft, ehobbyasia, dentrinity...
Really fun to use. Not accurate, but high rate of fire.
The suppressor actually works.... At least a little. You can buy it on the same website I mentioned before.
It has a full metal (steel) kit, a G&P one.
You can find more or less the same thing in the "custom" section of uncompany, for about 330 USD.

@pokealong1227 You're failing to understand it's a matter of opinion, not fact. The point of an airsoft silencer, in most cases, is the look. In some case, it's hidding in longer inner barrel. In some case, it does reduce the sound of the shot (but more for NBB pistols or sniper rifles).

@pokealong1227 Yeah, but that's your opinion. I like the look of the silencer. On close range (and from a sound recorded by a camera) you obviously won't hear much difference. But from a longer distance, the shot will be more "deaf".

@1996Prashant Of course it doesn't work. The sound of a GBB comes from the movment of the bolt, not the shot itself. Sometimes a silencer can hide a longer inner barrel, but mostly, it's just about the look.

On this guns, the suppressor is used as the handguard, thats why the part near to the gun is bigger.

@RVASpeedy KWA is KSC. KWA is based in America, where as KSC is based in Taiwan (I believe). The product is, for all intents and purposes, the same. KSC, however, tends to be more highly sought after due to authentic trademarks on the gun (which is reflected in their price), where as KWA stamps their guns with a big, white, "KWA" logo on most, plus they bear the legal blaze orange tip.

The problem i have with silencers is that they, the majority of the time reduce acurracy on a gun by miles, i'll aim at someone's head and shoot their foot you know? In my experiance it's been the manufacture of the gun making the Silencer Lop sidded and sag down abit, you can even see it in this video the end wiggling, does it irratate you too?

@MrIamtheone2 People are trying(and failing) to prove to me the effectiveness of a silencer(supressor for @TheHeartbreaker7645) on an airsoft gun and i am stating why i still think it is 100% pointless and a waste of money. It does not supress the sound enough to really notice unless you put it in slow motion, we don't hear in slow motion. It will not really affect the flight path enough to notice because it's airsoft not a real gun.. and it doesn't look cool. It just looks stupid.

When you shoot an airsoft gun, AIR leaves the muzzle which is created to push the bb out of the gun, the AIR that leaves the muzzle is LOUD, so when you have a silencer on the gun, it completly silences the AIR that leaves the gun, therefore your gun is silenced! You cannot do anything the silence the gearbox noise. Understand now?

@wowplayer160 Actually your wrong, the silencers do help in airsoft. It doesnt silence the sounds that are being created by the gearbox. But the bigger the silencer is, the less sound the air coming out of the barrel will make, therefore silenced. The FDA says its called a silencer NOT a suppressor. Its a silencer, not suppressor. EVERYONE calls it a silencer, including everyone on the military channel.

@futurerev21 For that price you can ether get a good spring pistol or a electric one which usually break after a while. If you're going to keep the gun just for shooting some times, go with the spring or spend some extra money on a gas one if you are going to use it more often, probably more fun that way. I think you have to spend at least $80 for a good gun. I myself would go for the Glock 18c model, which has automatic futures, but bit more expensive. Good luck, have fun and a nice day.

@claridude A KSC is just a KWA aimed towards the Asian market. KSC and KWA guns are exactly alike in build quality, and have similar or identical trades. The reason KSC is different is because airsoft laws (FPS limits) are much stricter outside of the USA, my KWA mac 11 shot @ 380 w/.2, so a KSC mac 11 would do around 320-350(my guess) to comply with FPS limits in other countries. You live in the United States, so go for KWA if you do get a GBB, but know that the Mac 11 is NOT a reliable gun.

@pokealong1227 I have a silencer on my g&g m16 , and it is not just for show , its allows to me to use a longer barrel inner barrel , by effectively extending the length of the outer barrel , it does nothing for noise but it gives me an advantage of accuracy , not really what the point was in the first place , but sometimes they serve a functional purpose

@yokiitaja1 a few reasons, A. tracer to make certain bbs light u in the dark after being shot, B. extended barrel for increased accuracy, C. some silencers muzzle the sound from the gearbox in an electric non blowback airsoft gun effectively making it quieter.

"KWA-USA" is just a import company, importing KWA guns into the US, and selling them as special KWA-USA guns... What KWA-USA calls the "NS2" or "ForceVelocity" gassystem is the same as the "System 7" as it is named by manufactures KSC and KWA.

@zippolover13 Not entirely true. Some of them allow the gun to accommodate a longer inner barrel and have better accuracy. As far as silencing the weapon you're right it does nothing, but its usually either for aesthetics or extending the barrel.

I'm guessing silencers are for the cool look and feel, because it didn't have any effect, and it would appear airsoft guns aren't even that loud not near loud enough to need a silencer in some sort of "game".
