Love it! I inherited a Colt 1903 Hammerless .32 ACP from my brother in law. It was his father's sidearm during WWII. It was completely rusted and pitted, so a friend of mine suggested that I just toss it. I told him I wanted to keep it, so he agreed to help me at least field strip it first. We got it apart, cleaned and lubricated and took it to the range. It fired, but jammed after the first round. I took it apart again and thought maybe it was a weak magazine spring, so I ordered a reproduction magazine. The new magazine was a joke, but I took it apart and sanded the follower and lubricated it and took it to the range again. There was a slight improvement, but it continued to jam after two or three rounds. I field stripped it again and polished the feed ramp because It was really pitted and now jams after three to five rounds. After watching several videos on KZbin I plan to completely dissemble it and really clean, polish, oil and wax it. I'm not a gunsmith and this in fact was the first pistol that I owned, but I'm hooked now. I love this little gun and it's really a joy to hold and shoot because there's virtually no recoil. Wish me luck and feel free to offer any tips on fixing the the jamming issue.

I wonder who owned this pistol in 1913? It was around in the Jazz Age and during Prohibition. I applaud your decision to not remove the pitting the little .25 has acquired over the years. I wonder how the finish would have turned out if you had used 0000 steel wool before bluing, just to smooth out the surface. Very nice job.

Cold case : some old weapons that where used on crime scenes and where researched by police for over 100 years recently reappeared... 😅 Ok enough joke, hope no one of these guns was "forgot" just because it's "hot". Your work on these beautiful objects is amazing 👍

I have this exact gun! My dad gave it to me and said it was my grandpa’s. I looked up the serial number, but I can’t remember exactly when it was manufactured. I think it was in the later 1920s. Great seeing that one brought back to life in the video!
