Now that the first members of the Delta Ops Milsim Team are chosen, it's time to start training. In this training the basics of teamwork are taught. Here the physical, individual and team aspects are brought to surface by exercises and drills. Going from preventing flagging team members up to advance and retreat techniques up to reacting to a contact as a team.

Hi Aaron, thanks for watching! During the week we have our OPP schedule and our Push-ups, to get our physical endurance to the next level. We do often perform gun drills, but we have a ton of work with the company (New business deals, orders, the shop and website,...), so it's less often as I would like to but we'll get there! ;-) | Instinct

Any type of training will make you better and the more hardcore/professional, the better you'll be. Whether you want to find that in the army is up to you.

Courses are never done in full auto. Professionals that know what they're doing even avoid shooting full auto (some even hate it). You're much more accurate shooting semi too. I Viper
