I'm pretty sure you need a pilot certificate to fly in Class G and E. Using a couple of other sources.

AIM 3-2-6 Class E Airspace a. Definition. Class E airspace is controlled airspace that is designated to serve a variety of terminal or en route purposes as described in this paragraph. b. Operating Rules and Pilot/Equipment Requirements: 1. Pilot Certification. No specific certification required. See PHAK page 15-9 for a nice chart as well.

@@Vitamin_jp Couldn’t put my finger on it but that’s definitely it! Yes, it’s simply happy upbeat music. It shouldn’t make anyone angry. Which is why I was concerned 😂
