Hi RoobehTunes, the Airtronic S3 and M3 are available as both petrol- and diesel-powered versions. The L3 and XL3 only take diesel fuel. Hope that helps!

Yes, this works via LIN. However, we recommend combining the Airtronic L3 D6L with an EasyStart Pro.

Great video. I am installing an S2 in my van. Due to the location I need to put a few extra 90s in the exhaust hose. Will any amount of contortion of the exhaust hose be it 90 degree bends, constricting the hose or expanding it potentially damage the unit?

Hi & thanks for your question. We wouldn't recommend it, because every 90° angle increases the counterpressure and thus reduces the effective exhaust length. As far as damaging the S2, we would need more concrete info on what your plans are - how many bent angles do you want to put in?

Thanks for the reply. I was worried that would be a problem. I will have to work out a new approach I guess. It isn't worth the gamble. If there were too many bends in the exhaust, what happens to the heater? More soot build up?

Hi John, thanks for your question. We unfortunately don't have a launch date for the S3 in France as of yet. But trusted sources tell me that the S2 has been a proven, high quality solution as well. ;)
