Thanks a lot for the information! I have a question: when using "open pairing", can I turn pages of two ipads at the same time? I've had one die out on me during a concert and now looking for a safety solution that's quick and reliable!

Hi. The best people to ask about this is the manufacturer. They replied to my email immediately when I had a problem. Check out their website for their email address. However, I just tried to link it to my laptop and phone. I could connect to both of them individually but I could not connect to both at the same time. The manual says in open pairing you can connect to 8 devices but you can only connect to one at a time (written in bold). I guess this means that it stores the data so that it is easy to switch between the 8 devices but you can only use one at a time. But contact the company maybe they know a way to do it. Thanks

Hi. You need to download the airturn manager app to your phone and pair it with the pedal. If it does not pair, make sure the pedal is not already connected to something else at the same time. open the app and press advanced. If you scroll down there should a setting called debounce time. Increase this time so it does not send out signals too fast. If this does not work, then email the company. They were quick to respond when I contacted them about a problem and emailed me back with a solution. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Hi. What problem are you having? what I did was first download the airturn manager app to my phone from the free app store. Then bluetooth paired it to the controller to update the controller firmware as there were problems with the software when I bought it. You will need the airturn manager app for making changes how the controller works. Then switch off the bluetooth on your phone or unpair them from the airturn manager app as it can stop the controller paring with the laptop. Once unpaired you should be able to pair the updated controller to your laptop and it should work with the software you are using. If you cant pair it with your laptop because it is not showing up, it may be paired to something else so unpair it and it will show up as bluetooth devices. Remember your bluetooth has to be switched on to pair the devices. There are instructions on the airturn website. thanks

Is the pedal programmable enough to where you can scroll up and down in the song, activate the autoscroll function in the app, and go to the next or previous song in your playlist?

Hi. There are lots of KZbin videos reviewing this product with apps showing that it can do those things you have asked about. I think it depends on what app you are using. I don't use it with an app but I have seen a video where it was difficult to jump from one song to another further down in the playlist since you would have to search for the song. But you can do all those things within a good app or program it outside of the app to act as a bluetooth keyboard. Best to check out a video which uses the app that you intend to use since some app have more functions than others. Also make sure it is compatible with the app. Thanks

Hi. Download the airturn app manager to your phone and pair it to the airturn duo. Once paired, in the app press the following buttons. Press the button actions. Choose the mode that you are using which will probably be mode 2. Press keyboard. Look at what keyboard buttons are set for each airturn duo button. Since the left button is working it will have the left arrow assigned to that key. Look at what is on the turn right button. It will probably not be the right arrow. To change it, just press the button in the app and it will show you a list of keyboard buttons to choose from. Choose the right arrow or whatever is oppose to that used for the left button. Press save. This would have programmed the right arrow for the right pedal and it should work correctly. An example of how to do this is shown in this video. Also make sure that your Duo 500 has the latest firmware. Hope this helps. Let me know how you get on. Thanks.
