I had a pollen allergy as a kid, and was raised on a diet heavy in processed food and milk. I mouth-breathed as a result and have all of the symptoms and more described in the video. I'm 26 now and saving my way to eventually be able to afford jaw surgery to fix some of the damage. I fear that my condition will never be fixed and that my story is all too common. This was a great illustration that I'll show people of the domino effect of the ENT systems. I don't think my childhood orthodontist was/is aware of any of this. Thank you.

orthidontics can directly cause or atleast contribute to facial downswing and especially tmd due to the retractive forces. Braces also stunts muscle development and limits or even stops jaw growth which is harmful to the airway.

orthodontics is retractive which harms the airway and jaw development, orthodtropics is the way. I developed a longer narrower face and a non functional bite along with tmd in both joints all due to braces even without extractions because they pulled my teeth back shrinking my airway and messing up my jaw alignment.

All those guides cost money. Without surgery is the best. I heard of gnathologists maybe they'd know what to do
