This dude is BAD on that guitar! He is rollin' on those strings effortlessly and his sound is nice! Soulful, funky, and polished without sounding watered down. One of the best smooth jazz artists ever.

@@kevinrhinehart9468 No! Just a racist one.Just like my hometown where over half the musicians are Black, but amongst a dozen or so Whites employed in Music stores you may or may not find one Black employed. Racism is still everywhere, all day long, 24/7/365. And only a few still slip through the cracks of oppression. And" Obama "has brought them(racist) 😠 mad and out of the closet.

@@travelingman9763 SOME of Benson... *SOME*. But Norman has MANY MANY of his own riffs! He carved out his own style overall. And Benson would agree! And don't get me wrong, I grew up on Benson and love him!! But I also love me some Norman! And my dream came true to watch them perform together on that cruise ship video. Check it out, it's on KZbin

I agree folks wandering aimlessly in the presence of a master guitarist. It always amazes me that you either have the call to music, the ear for music or you don't. When I was younger I used to go to bars and rooms full of good music and observe the crowds most of whom were there to be seen caring little for the aural treats. The bar waitresses would comment ... "i'am here every night I don't hear it". Again, music either plucks the strings of your heart or it doesn't. It's a God given gift to be either a listener or a performer. Cherish the awareness that you are one of those chosen few, believe me it'll get you through the good times and the bad.

WTF he starts playing with the groove, sound, and magic of Wes & George, and people are still just poking around, disinterested. I would S*** my pants if I heard someone playing like that in some random trade show booth. Then again, this makes me wonder if I'm missing great things all around me. Damn even his comping is transcendently wonderful. As I'm sitting here typing at home with a coffee, the break at 4:05 made me raise up outta my seat. Soooo nice.
