This dude is BAD on that guitar! He is rollin' on those strings effortlessly and his sound is nice! Soulful, funky, and polished without sounding watered down. One of the best smooth jazz artists ever.

I agree folks wandering aimlessly in the presence of a master guitarist. It always amazes me that you either have the call to music, the ear for music or you don't. When I was younger I used to go to bars and rooms full of good music and observe the crowds most of whom were there to be seen caring little for the aural treats. The bar waitresses would comment ... "i'am here every night I don't hear it". Again, music either plucks the strings of your heart or it doesn't. It's a God given gift to be either a listener or a performer. Cherish the awareness that you are one of those chosen few, believe me it'll get you through the good times and the bad.

WTF he starts playing with the groove, sound, and magic of Wes & George, and people are still just poking around, disinterested. I would S*** my pants if I heard someone playing like that in some random trade show booth. Then again, this makes me wonder if I'm missing great things all around me. Damn even his comping is transcendently wonderful. As I'm sitting here typing at home with a coffee, the break at 4:05 made me raise up outta my seat. Soooo nice.
