AIS Delete & Breather Box Install on a 2018 YFZ450r | 38 Motorsports | MODS | 2014+ YFZ450r

In this video Johnny installs 38 Motorsports AIS Delete kit and Aftermarket Breather Box. Two simple and easy mods for weight reduction and a cleaner look. Air Induction system (AIS) is simply known as emissions system. Takes little bit of exhaust vapors and injects it back into the Intake. Before this video was posted we did get to try it out after everything got install. There was a notice of less bog, actually basically gone with the ECU reflash. But we did notice it still backfired on Decell. But that okay, sorry neighbors. Yes I'm dyslexic and kept saying ASI you know what i meant. I have the same bike and I also got an Alba reflash tune and full exhaust. Did your check engine light come on with the AIS delete? Also did you have issues with your header pipe glowing red at idle?

No check engine light after the AIS delete. As long as you install the jumper connector in place of that solenoid that you removed, it tricks the computer so you won’t have a light on. As far as glowing red header, I’ve had that from the very beginning. There isn’t much you can do for that. Just don’t sit to long idling lol.

i have a 2021 and recently installed breather box and the longer hose that runs down by the coolant seems to be spitting gas and oil mix when i ride is that normal?

If your 100% sure it’s gas mixed in the oil. Means your getting blow by. Worn piston rings, even a damaged or bad fuel injector will cause this. Blow by also creates extra pressure in the crank case which will then blow oil up out the ventilation tube/breather box. I would have a professional take a look at it just to be sure. Either way it’s cheaper to figure it out now then having to pay for a new engine of it blows up.
