Huge W. Last time I took a 15 hour flight, I was serenaded by the inane arguments and questions of two small children who were watching the same episode of Paw Patrol for the entire flight. No, they did not know the concept of an indoor voice. They fell asleep 20 minutes before the plane landed and then cried loudly the entire time their parents dragged them off the plane.

Same thing happened to me in a way but on my way back to the states. I was 18 at the time. I have family in France. When I was heading home, I asked the lady at the luggage check exactly where to go and what to do. I was told that I would pick up my luggage at the carousel and that it would NOT transfer to my layover flight. Whelp, it did transfer without me needing to grab it, and so I waited and missed my flight. I had to stay in the Chicago airport overnight til I got a new flight back to AZ. Fun times.

I've took a flight 4 times in my life and going my 5th time this year, and someone's who's only been on for 3 hours...15 hours has to be the most uncomfortable thing I've ever heard, imagine going on a roller coaster but the ride lasts an entire day, how would that feel?
@NitroGummyBear Жыл бұрын
It’s really only a roller coaster in the beginning and the end. Little bumps in-between. The worst is just not be able to move around as well. I would se people just lay on the floor to stretch for a minute. Me personally as a 6ft 2 person, I need to move every two hours.

I recently traveled to the Philippines to visit friends in January with my friend. First time flying a plane for both of us! Sagada and Tagaytay were very pretty. However, the flight from the Philippines was pure misery. I was awake for over 40 hours and had 5 stop overs. I started hallucinating while in Hawaii. Anyway, if yall visit the Philippines be sure to have someone meet you there or something cause otherwise watch out for scammers. Including their customs agents lol.

@BMO na By the time I had gotten on the plane to leave the country, I'd been up for around 18 hours or so because it was a night flight (12 am in the morning). So that added to it considerably.

A friend / acquaintance also had his small boat (dinghy) (skiff) (dory) unexpectedly drift out to sea also: [btw, this really did happen] which can be VERY scary, ketchup or no-- and some party people in a party boat luckily motored by. But the motor was too loud for the party-ers to hear his hollers for help. They gave him the ‘rock-n-roll fingers’ 🤟 and held up their beers, kinda like doing “cheers” at a distance. They motored past him a bunch of times doing their “party-on !!” salute, & I don’t think they helped him at all… 😢. Heinz ketchup did not help Brad. I think a sailboat (much more quiet) eventually came close enough to hear his calls for help.
