All of you should be kinder to both of them. Both need a break from each other for awhile, so for an hour or two if you can be real genuine “friends” …give him some time off and her a little help and understanding, her problems were results of an accident and hopefully not permanent disabilities….it could happen to you, put yourselves in their shoes for awhile & try to imagine how you would like to be treated.

It's yes and no. Sometimes you guys can help, but if it happens every time than that's not fair to her or you all. But he shouldn't use you guys either. However, have you all ever sat with him at his house occasionally just to give him a break from time to time. I know we are all busy but we make time for the things we care about.

Yes and no. No because he shouldn't laugh at her and shouldn't deliberately sit away from her, he seems to be excluding her and then making a huge deal that he's getting her involved rather than you all do the activities together, with you all involving her. But yes, he needs a break to be himself and have fun, it's not easy having someone rely solely on you 24/7, it effects your mental state and eventually your ability and want to be there for them. Include them, just tell him you all don't mind helping but he should out right ask you all to help rather than just leave you with it. Like he could say he's just going to play a game, could someone watch her. He's still part of your group, and she's going to feel like she's to blame and it's going to upset her if he's left out, he also may blame her so at the end of the day she's going to suffer even more. Be straight with it but doing it nicely. They both need you all now more than ever
