when you swap players in the rating is delayed so when you make another swap the rating is what it should have been for the previous player in that position, thats why the rating changed with azpi in the 190 draft and is why it changes with managers also

When you organize your bench, you need to organize it by highest rated player in their position. Ex. Ronaldo needs to be in the attacker. Cech in GK etc.
