I've been meditating for years. This particular practice has been a experience that had bought me to spiritual hights. It has awaken Kundalini energy. Body, head moving in all different directions and it's not scary but grounding

Im daily practising this but my legs get freezes everyday

Hari Om! Please do some warm up asana before commencing the practice of meditation. You may follow yoga capsule 1. It is available in our channel. Also try to sit on some height so that the entire base of body will sit form on ground. That will minimise freezing of legs.

@@YOGAWELLNESSCENTER I also have same problem. I do Asanas also before meditation and I tried to sit on some hight like on pillow but still my legs get freezes. plz suggest what should i do.

Sitting in long meditation has common problem of numbness in leg. Need to practice PM 1 and also need to train yourself to sit in proper meditation Asana. Slow and gradual training is required to master meditation asanas.
