I would say this is the best video on entire KZbin which teaches Nadishodhana pranayam in such detailed way. Very very thankful for this video. And I request you to please upload more and more videos of detailed Yogic practices and we all will be blessed to see them and learn. Want to ask: During all stages, has that expansion of stomach and then the chest while inhaling and reverse while exhaling, has to be kept in mind, because it was not mentioned during the stages. So I am confused. And can you please make such detailed video about Kapalbhati cos there is so much misunderstanding about it and not understood deeply on how to do it and how many times. Very grateful 🙏

In stage one sometimes one of my nostrils feels blocked and I have trouble breathing through that nostril, what should I do?

Hari Om! Please identify the blocked nostril. To open it press opposite armpit. For example if right nostril is blocked if you keep left armpit pressed with right hand for some time. It will help to open up blocked nostril and make it possible to continue with practice....

Stage five is 1:2. you need to exhale longer, double the inhalation.
