You can fight and argue all you want.. But Hindi is the most important language in India, it may not be as ancient as Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada or Malayalam, but at the present it is more popular, widely understood outside India too. Even foreigners, Hindi is what comes to their mind when they think of learning an Indian language. They don't know that Tamil or Telugu exist unless you specifically tell them that there are other languages apart from Hindi in India too.

I am from hindi speaking state We people of north really don't want to spread hindi bsc indias beauty is in diversification I watch puspa movie i understand thats it in my own language thats it where is language prblm in utube I like puspa song(kannad version) more than hindi.... Already postal exams where done in English and Hindi , hindi people have attended in Hindi , tamil people have written in English they have lost their right to write in their mother tounge, if they make hindi as national language they will remove option in Hindi, where tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu people have to learn Hindi not only for communicating but for writing without any grammer mistake, after 50 years everyone will start learning Hindi instead of spending time time their mother tongue grammer, but hindi people will write al competitive exams in Hindi, they don't need to go for any tuition for learning other language, and after few years while non speakers actually learns hindi completed, native hindi speakers will rule the most of the government sectors

What will happen if Hindi is made a national language? 1. Native Hindi speakers will always be efficient than others so they will have edge in govt jobs. 2. As more people speak Hindi, mother tongues will be replaced 3. Hindi will be connected with Hindu. Already people consider south Indians as separatists for speaking for languages.
