I love watching these videos. With the sanctuary speakers, they probably took the woofer out and screwed the cabinet right to the wall. Also, those speakers downstairs maybe 70 volt speakers.

I'm really enjoying your videos. I'm listening and I hear HDMI fiberoptic cable! You just saved me 100's! What is your solution for IR extension? The AVR about 75 feet from the TV and the IR needs to be sent to the AVR when the remote is pointed toward the TV? A few install tricks, when cutting drywall take a piece of painters tape and press the ends either side and below the cut area, pinch the bottom to create a cup. Most of the dust will drop into it.

You need a couple more cameras (GoPros or Mevos) sitting on tripods and staged at your working locations at the site.

What I’m finding is sometimes churches don’t realize how much time it takes to complete all of this work, running 100 ft. ethernet cables through ceiling tiles from the back to the front of the church both sides and mounting several tvs and speakers and setting up a livestream camera and digital mixer, all that takes time. I know they want it done quickly which I want as well, but I stayed at church 20 hours overnight working so they won’t have to keep coming out to open the church, I know it’s a hassle getting to the building every day to let me in but just text me back you’re not available this evening to open up, I’m cool with that. 😅 Just have to work extra fast on getting the software and new computer running with everything today before my tutorials this evening on how they run everything for this coming Sunday 😬

Man, you need to hire somebody part-time to assist you. You have a lot going on and to do all that work by one person is almost overwhelming. This is a very typical statistic, most minority-owned businesses do not have employees, but rather they are ran, managed and staffed by the principle only.

I try but the part timers are not always consistent
