@@BiboyHaranerothe Wired version is advertised to have 8k hz polling rate but the wireless is marketed to have a standard 1k hz poll rate. I think you can only use 8k hz poll rate if you buy the wired only version without the lcd but I am not entirely sure.

Im getting it in a few days, I currently have apex pro mini. Make sure to NOT get the apex pro, get the TKL or mini. I tried the regular apex pro and it's awful. But when I get the AK820max I'll let you know what I think in comparison.

​@@decliningship4208 It's pretty good but I think it falls slightly short of an apex pro mini when it comes to gaming performance. Though for the price difference, it holds it's own quite well. Most keys can't get down to 0.1mm actuation & rapid trigger without lots of ghost presses (in fairness I get occasional ghost presses on the apex pro mini at 0.1mm as well), only a few keys didn't work properly at 0.2mm. For me, all the important keys that I wanted to use low actuation and rapid trigger allowed me to get to 0.2mm press and release which is still quite nice and wont feel that much different from an apex pro at 0.1mm. It does sound quite nice out of the box. Their software is a bit confusing at first since it's translated Chinese but once you figure it all out, it's pretty decent. All in all, once you consider the price point, it provides a very solid keyboard with good gaming performance and fantastic sound.

I would recommend the wired version if gaming performance is your main concern as it can run at 8k hz whereas the wireless one can only run at 1k hz even if plugged in.

It’s 1K unless you buy the dongle. You won’t notice the difference tho so I wouldn’t buy the dongle. I’ve had this keyboard for abt a month and it’s been absolutely perfect.

the 3 mode wireless is 1k no matter if you use it wired or wireless, only the wired version is 8k.

@duykha8932 actually not even sure if there is a dongle. The information on these brands is pretty limited so it’s kinda hard to go about certain things. I’ve had the Ak820 max HE wired version for a few months now tho and I can’t recommend it enough. The software is better than most big brands and haven’t had a single issue so far. Definitely worth the money.

Vgn have lighter switches (too light for me) and worse sound, quite a bit more noisy. I got both too choose one and immediately went with the Ajazz But VGN is also good, it may work for you

One cool feature I liked more on VGN was that the software shows the gauge of how much you are pressing the key. It should be easier to set up actuation height

the womier is a gamble tbh, i bought it as a backup for my wooting just in case and it has no issues tbh, but my buddy bought one and his has nothing but issues with the usb and disconnecting (probably able to resoldier the usb and fix the issue but reviews on their website show this to be a common problem. planning on giving him my good unit and buying another he board as a backup) though that being said the womier can use the standard HE switches that wooting, drunk deer ect. use so the shitty otemu switches arent married to the board if you want a better expierience out of it

Absolutely. No problems using it with the wired version. Most importantly it has separate actuation point settings and rapid trigger for each key. I have set RT only for strafe buttons A and D

And is it possible to make it so that when a key is pressed with a certain force, this key is pressed tens or even hundreds of times per second? Something like an autoclicker

You may register thru the software. And is it possible to make it so that when a key is pressed with a certain force, this key is pressed tens or even hundreds of times per second? You may set a macro jamming a button (then tweak the timing) then set it as the function when bottoming out thru the DKS setting.

This keyboard listed on AliExpress says it is magnetic AND three mode (usb, 2.4ghz, bluetooth), is this correct? Because if it is, that's what I was looking for, a magnetic kb that does not requires me to have an usb cable meesing up the table! I don´t play games by the way, so I am not at all worried about milliseconds of delay - what most wireless keyboards offer today is more than enough for working life. Nice video!

Probably because they ordered the wrong model, it has a very confusing naming scheme and if you're not careful you can easily order the AK820 without magnetic switches.
