my driver's side strut tower is way different than the passanger side. nothing lines up on driver side. calling AJE first thing Monday before I chop my stuff up. passanger side went perfect. and you are the only aje caster camber plate install video on KZbin. you did great explaining the passanger side. but it video flew through the river side. and by watching ur video I can tell it's are different too. .

Yeah, well thanks, and it is hard to keep the video length down. Basically if the video goes over a certain length people see that and lose interest. But, as far as the driver side, I didnt film it because its the exact same process just mirrored. Both pieces are identical. Go rewatch right at about 10:50 mark. I explain the driver side, then video on the passenger why I chose to flip it around versus AJE instructions to point the taper in towards engine bay.

The flush design looks nice but it looks like you sacrifice a couple inches of bump travel.

Those look a lot more sleek then my MM ones.

Other brands like MM you can adjust caster and camber independently, it looks like with these plates if you adjust either one it will affect the other.

Yeah its pretty interesting, but according to them it really only affects Camber and Caster is pre-built in, though you’re correct there’s No reason why that would not adjust both a little bit. I’m always used to plates that are independent for both. We’ll see how these work out.

With the design of these you also loose a lot of bump travel.

@@HOUSEOFDULAdo you happen to know how many degrees these set back the struts,my buddy is telling me to set around 6-8 degrees back,but cast seems pretty fixed.

I wonder how this design does with noise, vibration and harshness when it comes to driving? I assume better than traditional plates?
@HOUSEOFDULA2 жыл бұрын
This, with solid motor mounts, and solid spherical bushings, sure to increase road noise, no doubt.

Yes! I got this message yesterday and let AJE know. They corrected it. Check now. You can also get them from Jegs or Summit PN# MU-8000
