Over a month ago, a GC rep gave me an original estimate of August/September. I was told they expect a few thousand units. At the time they had around 20ish backorders.

I ordered mine from ZZounds in February....on the waiting list. Was told I would get it in March...then was told Akai didn't ship the stock they promised, and that it would likely arrive in May...we'll see but I doubt it. If you have reserved one don't cancel your reservation
