Akai MPC500 Beats Compilation.

Lately I have been mostly using the forgotten child of the MPC line-up: the Akai MPC500. This happened because most of my gear was stored away in preparation of moving to a new apartment. Thought I'd would be nice to compile all my Instagram posts with the beats I did with the MPC500 into a longer video and upload it here.

For sure! People always glorify the 60 and 3000, which the 500 basically is feature wise with some dope extra's.

@@W6rr10r21 For sure. The 500 is basically a 60 or 3000 in a portable form but with less pads, MIDI ports and outputs. The added effects that the classics don't have can really make the finished almost stand on a par with the classic machines.
