Feeeck I was about to buy one of these on Facebook marketplace but after hearing what this guy was creating using one of these things, I have just written off all plans I had to create Hard EDM tunes and will be giving away all my Melodie’s, track ideas, planned out layered track structures and arrangements and ripping out my newly finished studio and walling it up to stop me from ever taking the risk of creating a sound like this again for the sake of humanity.

What advantage does this setup have compared to a keyboard?

lots of DAWS especially the good ones have drum layouts that are best suited for being connected to a midi drum controller
