i got this to use with my mpc and it maps perfect and latency is zero and the this has after touch,midi in and out , dc port,expression,easy to program don't need a software editor .Keys are stiff but its like all other premium keys they let you break them in to your playing style.I have a fatar from moog and it feels the same.

Just getting into this stuff. Seems like the instrument library is absolutely central to the richness of a composition. Which DAW has the "best" library? And which has the best "aftermarket" ecosystem of additional synth instruments? I have a degree in music theory & composition and have been making music my entire life; I feel that I will want a robust library of sounds and instruments.
@insanedrummer892 жыл бұрын
For sure. Logic and FL are what I use the most but like you said, composers spend mad money on library’s. Like Kontact and such

I feel like you just need more time with it. I love mine I don’t just use the pads for drums but also sampling which you can also do with the keys, the pitch and mod wheel makes it even better. I clicked on this to learn more about my mpk but ended up getting old info on fl...give it time. Your rite tho sometimes I miss typing my notes in but the process of velocity and and not really having to click everything is nice, love thy mpk!!

It’s a comfort thing. I wouldn’t be comfortable trying to put those little keys, so I got this one for the bigger keys, and then realized I really want an 88 key full size keyboard so I sold it and got that. Yo! I just bought one and so far loving it! Question I’m hoping you can answer is arpeggiator setting menu is so clunky. I make a change in the settings on that page and every time I audition the changes (like pattern) it dumps me out to the main menu. Then I have to hit edit+arpeggio to get back to the menu to try something different. Is there a way to just stay in that menu while auditioning various settings? I must be doing something stoopid wrong. Makes no sense the menus would be designed this way!?
