This design is my favorite! I love everything about it from the sunroom and separate rooms to spacious layout. I really like the wood panels on the ceilings as it reminded me of our carribean island vacation where the hotel room had the same ceiling feature. Beautiful and tranquil rooms! Perfect!

Love this, and as a Senior, I appreciate the considerations to building something where I could age in place. I particularly love the private sunrooms. If I was to be picky, I think the front door style got changed between the opening views and end of video. Mostly solid became paned windows, like the sunroom door. I also wonder if the door widths are sufficient for a wheelchair? As you designed the kitchen for wheelchair cooking, I would check the doors for powder room, laundry and bedrooms. Also, what about ramp access and width from garage?

The sunroom is devine; I’d be out there all the time with my glass of ice tea. I’m not sure about putting the oven and microwave so close to the floor; the oven looks like it’s practically on the floor, why not raise it(some of us have back problems and squatting or bending over is a loud “owie” and the microwave as well)I love the room in the pantry, with space for a freezer. Would it be possible to put the washer and dryer on pedestals? This house is beautiful - I can definitely see family get togethers happening here 😊

For the most part, this is a beautiful design. I love the kitchen and pantry area. I also love the porch that's off the one bedroom. However, where the design loses it for me, and this is totally personal, is the lack of a single bathtub in the entire house.

No entry closet, no storage/utility closets, no bathroom at front of house therefore have to walk to back of house to use bathroom( company)🫤
